A little beautiful thing

Hello, you! I'm here because I have an anecdote to talk about and it is very fangirl-y, haha.

Let me tell you first that I normally work to 10 to 2 PM but this week my boss is on a business trip. Because of that, I had to change my schedule so I was free after lunch, wasting my time on the computer when I saw a tweet from Zach McGowan (who played Charles Vane in Black Sails) inviting us to ask him something. It was simple but I asked him 'If you could be in any movie or TV show that you want, what would it be?' and I really wasn't expecting an answer but he actually did it, he answered me:

And now I'm very excited :)

Life's too short to read everything we wish

I never told you that last year I started studying to be a teacher of Spanish and Literature. Well, I successfully passed the first year so now I'm waiting with anxiety the new course to start. Meanwhile, I arranged the files in my computer and found a few texts that I saved for later. Sadly, I didn't read any of them yet.

Just last night I was reading The history of the valorous and witty Knight-Errant Don-Quixote of the Mancha (holiday homework, basically) and Cervantes use a thousand references to roman and greek mythology that requires research and more lecture. For example, now I feel that I MUST read Ovid's Metamorphoses.

That's why I concluded that life's too short to read everything we wish. But we can try, can't we?

New layout!

Well-- the thing is that a few weeks ago I watched 'Sing Street' (2016) and I loved it. But the layout it's not about the movie itself but a particular scene between Conor (the protagonist) and Eamon (the prodigy at music). The friendship this two teens build in such a short time it's charming and easily conquered my fangirl heart.

You guys know that my English knowledge it's limited and that's the reason I don't review 'Sing Street' for you but I totally recommend it. Basically (in a very shallow way) it's about a boy who wants to get a girl and for that he forms a band. By the way, the soundtrack it's awesome! A-ha, Duran Duran, The Clash, The Jam, The Cure... And the original songs! They are so catchy that I can't stop singing them ever since.

Here's the trailer:

So, let's watch it! And let me know if you like it :)

I totally forgot publish this entry

Original title: "Ok, I lie"

I say that I'll stop talking about Sons of Anarchy and here I am.

The point is that Theo Rossi (Juice's actor) likes me on twitter! I know he probably isn't Theo Rossi actually but I don't care. He likes me on twitter and that makes me smile wide.

First, you really need to watch this video of Theo feeding his son. Really sweet. Don't you think so?

Well, I wrote: "How sweet! Would you like him to have Spanish as a second language?" and he likes me! do you understand?! HE LIKES ME.

First the hoodie and now...

The t-shirt!

A friend makes me this t-shirt of Sons of Anarchy with the Reaper in the back and nothing in front :) It doesn't seem handmade, right? But it is! He'll send it in the next days so now I'm excited because it's hot again in my city and maybe I'll have the chance to use it.

Anyway, I think it's time to stop talking about SOA, don't  you think so? At least for a while. I don't wanna that you think I'm only fan of this show. Actually, tonight I watched the season finale of Black Sails and I wanna post something about it. But, Black Sails deserves a whole post to itself.

Just wait and see.

I'll be back soon!
